It will be cold at the Tucson Marathon on Sunday. We will board a bus at around 5AM and will be at the starting line by 6. The temperature will be just above freezing with winds blowing from the West at around 15MPH. I like to run light, but this race will require some warmth:

I may also need a beanie or maybe a headband. Am I ready? Well, I’m as ready as I am going to get. Butterflies are fluttering in my stomach. All I can think of is Tucson….and Boston.
At the short and easy bike-ride today, it was a bit too much traffic. Shelly joined me for part of the ride; we were passing by Brett’s house and called him to see if he wanted to join us. Unfortunately, he was down in Chandler.
