A bunch of got together (Maury, Nali, Kristi, Brett) at Armitage (DC Ranch) and ran a 5-mile loop. It was the slowest, easiest 5 miles I have ever run. I averaged over 10-minute miles and was at level 1 for almost the entire run.
Next week is Base 1 week so it should be relative easy…
