Have you ever lost or misplaced your SmartPhone? Have you ever forgotten your SmartPhone at home while you are at work? Have you been away from your SmartPhone for an extended period of time? Do you feel anxious when any of the above happens? If so, you probably suffer from NoMoPhobia (phobia of not being around your mobile phone).
The reason I bring up NoMoPhobia is because I forgot my iPhone at home today. Yes I was annoyed, but no I was not anxious.
At around 4PM, I started my run from my office and ran straight home (I live about 4.8 miles from my office). It was an uphill run against the wind; not fun. It took me about 44 minutes to do 4.8 miles. As soon as I got home, I went straight for my phone to see missed calls and messages (there were hardly any). I spent some time with my dogs, drank some Gatorade, ate a stinger waffle and ran straight back to my office. This time it was downhill and with the wind, and it took me about 38 minutes!
Tomorrow, I’ll put up a picture of my dogs sleeping in their bed at night. They get tucked in under a red blanket and they look quite comfy.
