My schedule called for a short 30-minute run today. I started from my office around 4:45PM down Frank Lloyd Wright and back up. It has finally warmed up enough that I was in shorts and a t-shirt (the same one that I will wear at the upcoming half-marathon).
In the next couple of days, I will create my mile-by-mile pace based on my race plan for the half-marathon. I will post it up here. It will then be a matter of executing the plan!
