Brick workout followed by Zero Dark Thirty

I’m not sure why people think that Zero Dark Thirty is a good movie. I thought it was quite awful. Binita and I saw it with Mitch-Nancy and Elliott-Kim today at the Studio Movie Grill. Maybe I didn’t like it because I don’t agree with torture, covert operations, assassinations or terrorism. Maybe I have a utopian vision of the world; much like the John Lennon song, “Imagine all the the people…”

I was scheduled to bike for 60+ miles today but it rained and rained and rained. It hardly rains like this in Phoenix and I hope that it stops soon. Instead of biking, I swam (with Shelly) for around 2,000 meters and then ran on the treadmill at Lifetime Fitness for an hour (7.25 miles). At least I didn’t have to share my lane with a discourteous guy with no lap lane swimming etiquette (like yesterday)!
