Easy Run, Easy Swim

My back is finally back to normal. Today was quite uneventful. After a busy day at work, I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill at Lifetime Fitness, did some stretches and then swam for 1,000 meters. That’s about it!

Tomorrow, I will go see Lisa Hawkins at lunch time and talk to her about my back. I hope she gives me some stretch exercises to strengthen my lower back muscles.
