My legs still hurt from the long 2-hour run yesterday. I went for a relatively smooth 2,500 meter swim at Lifetime Fitness. Fortunately, I was able to snare a lane and swam for around 55 minutes. I started with 400 warm-up followed by 4×75 kicks and 4×75 arms before doing a ladder of 50-75-100-125-150-175-175-150-125-100-75-50.
Tomorrow, I get my bike (Therapy) fit with tri bars. I have pretty much given up on Trocket.
This weekend, Will is in New Zealand for a full Ironman. I am rooting for him to qualify for Kona. 15 days to go for my Half Ironman in Puerto Rico!
