After a relatively hard 50-mile ride yesterday, I thought I’d be super tired today. To my pleasant surprise, I had a high level of energy and virtually no sore muscles. I swam in the afternoon (albeit only a thousand meters), ran on the treadmill (hard 4 miles) and then went for yoga.
It is now only 2 days before Kristi, Will and I leave for India. All plans are final. Workouts will be on hold but I will continue to blog with pictures (although I’m not sure I will have Internet access daily).
