Back to Delhi | Bukhara | Moscow Mule

My stomach has been under duress for the past few days. The food in India has been plentiful and absolutely delicious. I don’t even attempt to eat less. Kristi constantly talks about how full she is; probably because she is like Binita when it comes to eating. Neither of them know when to stop!
We flew to Delhi this morning. Amiben decided to join us for a day. She rocks! Directly from the airport, we went to Bukhara. The world’s best restaurant didn’t disappoint. Paneer Tikka Masala, an assortment of dry vegetables and meats, 4 different types of breads and onion raita. Yummm! What is it about the food at Bukhara? Every dish is just perfect.
After dinner, we went shopping to Delhi Haat, The Good Earth and the Cottage Industry Emporium. I found thin blankets that Binita had asked for and also the brass glasses (albeit without handles) for the Moscow Mule. I hope she likes them!
Our flight was at 11:15PM; and we were at the airport around 8:30PM only to find out that our flight reservations were screwed up. It had to do with something about Asiana Air not opening up the PNR number to Air India. After going back and forth between Air India and Asiana ticket counters, a few phone calls and waiting for about an hour-an-a-half, we are on the plane!
Our flight is a long one (Delhi – Hong Kong – Seoul – LA – Phoenix). I can’t wait to see Binita and my pups and all you folks who are reading this blog once I return!
As luck would have it a family wanted to sit together prompting Will to be upgraded to business class on the Delhi-Hong Kong flight. A couple of hours later, the same thing happened to me. Poor Kristi was stuck in a middle seat. The flight from Hong Kong to Seoul was pretty empty.
