I had every intention of going for a run or bike ride today. I didn’t. In the afternoon, I took a long nap and felt really lazy and lethargic in the evening. Maybe I should have sucked it up and gone to the gym. Oh well…
I will not be swimming until at least Tuesday because I gave away my swim goggles and my ear plugs to my uncle in India. I just ordered new ones from Amazon!
