Swim and Run at Lifetime Fitness | Ranthambhore Video (part 2 of 3)

At 11:30AM, Colleen and I swam at Lifetime Fitness. I enjoy swimming with her because she gives me tips on how to improve my stroke and her drills are just a little beyond my abilities. Today she taught me a few swimming drills including Mustard and Sculling. Mustard is especially hard because you have to take your hand all the way up front and then bring it back to touch your hip while your other hand stays extended in front of your head. I felt like I was going to drown! All in all, we only did 1,600 meters, but it was tough!

In the afternoon, I did a relatively hard run on the treadmill for 40 minutes.

Here is the second part of the video from India. This one is from Ranthambhore, the land of the tiger. It is a relatively long segment; we saw 11 tigers more than 20 times including tigers mating, tiger in the water, tigers sleeping, tiger walking, tiger eating kill and tiger sleeping near their kill.
