Finally feeling better | Kristi buys a necklace | Asiana flight

What a difference a day makes! I feel so much better today than I did yesterday. My nose is clear and my cough is almost gone. My body is sore no more. I went to Lifetime Fitness this morning for a solid 90-minute run. It felt good to run smoothly although the last 20 minutes felt hard. As you can see from my Garmin data, my heart-belt was misbehaving (again). It’s too bad that nobody can make a heart-belt that measures your heart-rate perfectly!

Today’s picture from India is of Kristi on our first day in New Delhi as we were shopping at Delhi Haat. She is about to purchase this funky and cool necklace with semi-precious stones.

It was unnerving and sad to hear about the Asiana Airlines plane crash today. We flew Asiana Airlines from Seoul to LA last month (the flight that crashed was an Asiana Airlines flight from Seoul to SF). It was sad to learn that 2 kids (teenage girls) died.

Life is short. It was Mahatma Gandhi who said, “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Love as if you were to live forever.”
