Prana Shakti | Swimming in the rain | Langur with baby

I didn’t sleep too well (again) last night and ended up going for Friday morning yoga with Abby. It’s the first time I had her as my instructor and loved her. She started the class by talking about your Prana Shakti (strength of the soul) and asking us to wish for anything we wanted. Lately, I’ve been pretty happy with everything in life. Great family, great pups, great friends, great health and comfortable lifestyle. What else can a man want?

In the afternoon, there was a dust-storm warning. At around 2:30PM the dust-storm did arrive, but it was more of a whimper than a storm. It started drizzling lightly afterwards and I ended up going to Lifetime Fitness for a swim at 3PM. At first they told me that the outdoor pool was closed, but ultimately they opened it. It was still raining lightly and I swam in the rain. It was great. We used to swim in the rain in India all the time, but it’s the first time I have gone swimming in the rain in the US. The pool was practically empty and I was loving life! I ended up doing 2,000 meters (ladder workout).

Today’s India picture is from Ranthambhore that I took of a Langur Monkey with a small baby walking the perimeter walls.
