Ladders & sprints | Rhesus monkey and baby

I sneaked away from work this afternoon for a short but hard swim at Lifetime Fitness. After 500 warm-up, I did a ladder set of 50-100-150-200-150-100-50 at 80% with only 20 second rest. After this, it was time for 50-meter sprints at 55 seconds followed by 200 warm-down. Short but intense!

I feel a whole lot better today. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
