My schedule called for running for 2 hours and 30 minutes today. That is a total of 150 minutes. My thought was to run on the treadmill for 90 minutes, take a small break and then run outside for an hour. Unfortunately, it was 109 when I started running on the treadmill at Lifetime Fitness. My only option was to do the entire 150 minutes on the treadmill. So I did. It is the most boring run I have ever done! In the last few minutes, my iPod died so I was running without music. I’m just glad it is over! I ran a total of 18.3 miles.
