After two easy days, it is back to the grind. Today, I was to run for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I broke this up into morning and evening runs for a total of about 17 hilly miles. Technically, this is not cool but the heat in Phoenix simply refuses to go away (excuses excuses).
On October 20, I will be doing the SOMA relay (bike leg) with Colleen and Stephen. Since none of us want to bike (and apparently, we are all weak bicyclists), our team name is “Training Wheels Optional” or TWO. We already have a logo for it!
