TWO = Training Wheels Optional

I took my bike to Faster this morning to get new bearings in my front crank. They fixed it up and I picked it up at around 5:30PM. I went home and got on my trainer for just a bit more than an hour. Maybe it is all in my head, but my bike runs smoother. It may explain my slower bike times for the past month or two. I really think that my front bearings were sticking!

It has only been a couple of days since returning from Napa! I didn’t even have a sip of wine but I already miss it. Biking there was only one of my highlights. The food, the scenery, the smells, the weather, the dancing, the music, the conversations, the games, and most of all, our friends (and Sanjana of course) are what I miss most. Maybe we should make it an annual event with good friends and family at a nice destination. There are so many places to visit…so much to see…so much to do!

This Sunday is the SOMA half iron distance relay. Colleen is swimming, I am biking and Stephen is running. Our TWO (Training Wheels Optional) shirts have arrived. They look GREAT!
