I swam and swam and swam today. It was my longest swim ever. 4,250 meters is what I did in an hour and twenty minutes. It actually felt pretty good although my swim goggles are taking in some water (maybe it is time for new ones).
Tomorrow, I will take it a bit easy and then Wednesday is my long run day (probably 24+ miles in 3:30).
