My schedule called for an easy 1,000 meter swim. I’m not up to swimming yet. I’d rather keep the chlorine and other chemicals out of my system until I am just about fully recovered. Maybe another week or so and I’ll be swimming.
I continue to feel better each day but my recovery is slow. I haven’t done a long run or bike ride in December yet, but I expect to do both by the end of this week. Mid-week, I will run for 90 minutes and this weekend I expect to bike for 40ish miles.
Look at my November 2013 workouts. I had virtually zero workouts in the last 20 days of November. It makes me sick just looking at that calendar.
