More than 10 miles

I feel good today. After a month-long hiatus from doing any kinds of serious workout, today I ran for 90+ minutes for more than 10 miles. I wasn’t very fast and my heart rate was higher than normal, but it felt good. At the half-way mark, I was smiling and felt the euphoric feeling that I have not felt in weeks. My body felt comfortable and my stride was short but easy. I was relaxed and my breathing was even. I’m not at 100%, but getting there!

This weekend, I will do my first longish ride in over a month. Swimming is going to have to wait for just a bit longer.
