A bunch of my friends who did Ironman Arizona, plus a few more who have done other races met up in South Phoenix today. Mike initiated the ride; it was nice to see friends I hadn’t seen for a couple of months.

I ended up doing just short of 3 hour for about 47 miles on a relative flat course. It did have one steep hill towards the end of the ride. All in all, I felt good and was able to ride at a pretty brisk pace with very little drafting for most of the ride.
