I met Shelly at Armitage today to bike south to Hidden Hills. It was a gorgeous afternoon with light winds and barely any traffic. We rode a bit slowly averaging just about 15MPH for the hilly ride.

For the second half of the ride I picked up the pace a bit. I rode solo going north up Dynamite hill and back. All in all I biked for about three and a half hours for 50+ miles. It was pretty uneventful and smooth; and I was barely sore!
