
There are days that you feel good and days that you feel lousy. Today, I felt great. I started the ride from my office up to Hidden Hills. In a short 90 minutes, I had 7 PRs according to Strava. Mind you, this is a route that I ride quite often. Oh, if you are not a Strava user, it breaks all rides into crowd-sourced segments and keeps track of all your rides for each segment and tells you how well you are riding compared to your previous rides, and compared to other people. It’s pretty cool.
Tomorrow is my long run of the week. Two hours of running seems really long!
