Getting back to normal

During my visit to Dr. Grover’s office today, I was told that most of my blood work is back and it all looks normal. There are no markers that indicate a high propensity for blood clots or DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis). So why I got the blood clots in the first place is a mystery!

After talking to me for a few minutes, Dr. Grover gave me permission to start running for short periods of time. For starters, it will be 15 easy minutes. I can’t wait to get on the treadmill tomorrow for a slow easy run! If I can do 1.5 miles without stopping, I will be ecstatic!

Needless to say, I feel pretty good today. All signs are back to normal. My resting heart-rate is in the 50s and my BP is better than 120 over 80. I have zero stress at work which helps a lot. So we’ll see how tomorrow goes…
