That felt good. It was on an easy treadmill at Lifetime Fitness, and the first 30 minutes were slow, but I ran continuously for an hour for 6.8 miles. That’s not fast in my books, but the first 30 were so slow, that I kicked it up to faster than 8MPH around the 45th minute. That’s pretty fast in my book!
My heart-rate was pretty controlled for the first 40+ minutes and overall, I was feeling it. Maybe the good-old days are back again!!
We were going to see a moving at home but some idiot decided to hack into our mobile platform. That issue took up all of my Saturday evening! I’m not terribly technical, but I was there giving moral support to Rahul as he debugged and fixed the issue.
