Zero Point Zero sticker

A lot of us who run marathons and Ironmans have stickers showing off our achievements by displaying bumper-stickers on the backs of our vehicles. You will see plenty of 140.6 or 26.2 or M-dot bumper-stickers in North Scottsdale.

For couch potatoes, I have lately noticed a pretty funny 0.0 sticker on backs of cars. It always makes me chuckle. I saw one today when we were stopped at a red light and I quickly snapped this picture.

I went to spin class after a long long time at Lifetime Fitness today. I had almost forgotten how much one sweats during spin. It was a tough workout for a bit more than an hour. I rode 22 miles on a stationary spin bike.
