Chrissie Wellington’s bike is stolen

I read yesterday that Chrissie Wellington’s bike was stolen. Below is actual CCTV footage of it. How can someone can just ride away with someone else’s bike?

For my workout, I started pedaling slowly on the stationary bike not knowing how hard I would go. As time passed, I picked up the pace and started to feel it. At the half-hour mark, I felt great and kept going. I ended up doing an hour and still had juice left.

I got on the treadmill and ran for 20 minutes; once again starting slow and picking up the pace. After the lousy run a couple of days back, it felt good to find my groove!
