
It has started to cool down just a bit, but we are still in the middle of summer. I hope it rains this weekend (Saturday) so I can run in a light drizzle. For now, I am sticking to working out indoors. Today, I got on the stationary bike and rode pretty hard for 20 minutes and then ran at an easy pace for another 40. This translated into biking for 7 miles followed by running for 5 miles. It felt good!
