Usually I do my longish runs on Saturdays. Since I am not training for any event, it doesn’t really matter what kind of workout I do. I decided to brick it by running for 30 minutes (3.82 miles) followed by spinning for an hour (20.5 miles). It was a pretty intense workout!
Naman arrived this evening. Let the parties begin! Binita made some absolutely delish cold gazpacho soup. Let the food-fest begin too!
