The yoga class was packed today. Gwen’s popularity is growing fast. I remember when there were hardly 10 people in her Sunday class; now there are about 60+ packed into a small studio! Some of us regulars know one another and socialize a bit before and after class. During class, it is sweat sweat sweat. It really helps wring out my muscles and relaxes me for the upcoming week. Today was no different. I biked an easy 40 minutes before yoga today.
For dinner we went to Grassroots with Don and Debbie and I devoured an entire slab or ribs. They easily have the best slow-cooked ribs in town.
