Finally I am running again. I feel just good enough to run easy on the treadmill. Fortunately this is rest week so all I had to run was 40 minutes today at a relatively easy 8:30 pace. I skipped the long run last weekend but have kept up with all other training in spite of travelling and being sick.
I’m not sure if I blogged that I gave away my Garmin 910XT to Adarsh (my nephew in India). Adarsh is most enthusiastic about running half marathons and manages his own training schedule and nutrition. I’m sure he will make good use of the heart-rate and GPS features. He is running the Mumbai half marathon on January18; the same day that I am running the PF Chang’s half marathon here in Phoenix.
