Another Monday. Another day for an abs workout that kicked my ass. I have such weak core that I can barely do all the crunching and pushing and bending and arching required to strengthen everything around my mid-section. I would get high marks on effort but low marks on appearance or grace or strength or ability. I will keep trying…
Today is the first day of half-marathon race week. On Sunday, I will run my first longish race since March of last year. I ran the same PF Chang’s half marathon last year and did not have the best of races. It is somewhat of a tough course and my pacing, nutrition and heart-rate management was all off. This year, I plan to start slower and finish stronger. We’ll see if my plan works!
