Listen to your body

I have no idea when or where i tweaked it, but my back hurts now. It hurts worse than yesterday. I usually go to abs class on Mondays but today I was in no position to go. I rested.

Tomorrow, I am scheduled to run but I doubt if I will. It wouldn’t be smart to aggravate it more. When one is training, one must follow the simple advice, “Listen to your body!” I have ignored this in the past with some pretty bad results. Maybe tomorrow I will be fit enough to get on the stationary bike for a few miles. We’ll see…
