
My friend Katie has signed up with a team but has to drop out because of a travel commitment. She asked if I could substitute for her. She has a short 14-mile leg. I’ll sub in unless she can find someone else. I am running the half marathon on February 28 and want to see if I can go sub 1:40! For that, I need to be rested and well prepped.
As for my workout today, I got on the stationary bike and spun for an hour. Tomorrow is another fartlek day. Yikes!
