It was a bit warm this afternoon to run fartleks outdoors. I opted to go downstairs in the office gym and run indoors. The treadmill is a lot easier than the one at The Village. The run didn’t seem as hard as the one last week. It was the exact same workout with a 15 minute warm-up followed by 6 intervals of 4 minutes fast and 2 minutes easy followed by 10 minute cool-down. It actually felt pretty smooth! I ended up running 7.6 miles in an hour.
In May, we are celebrating my mom’s birthday in Rhodes, Greece. We will be there for about 4 days and then B and I will take off and spend another 4 days elsewhere. We have plenty of options and are looking into Croatia, Turkey, Greece (mainland) and Greece (Crete). Croatia seems to have some amazing places. We have plenty of time to decide…
