The treadmill at my office gym is easier than the treadmill at The Village. I ran for 42 minutes today doing fartleks and it didn’t feel hard. I started easy for the first 16 minutes and then went through 3 intervals of 4 minutes hard and 2 minutes easy before cooling down for 10 minutes. Piece of cake!
Tomorrow, I will pick up the bib; my number is 3929 for the Phoenix Half Marathon on Saturday (Feb 28, 2015). I did quick analysis and will try to beat my time from PF Chang’s to come close to the 1:41 mark. We’ll see if I can beat it!
