Delish Icelandic Mule with pasta and sausage

I took it easy today. I don’t think I am fully recovered from the half marathon last Saturday and have a long run to do tomorrow. It is expected to be warmer and I can’t start the run until around 8:30AM because I have to drop Missy off to the groomers.

We went out to dinner at some Italian place where I loaded up with some carbs and protein. I also had an Icelandic Mule (Icelandic Reyka Vodka, Ginger beer and lime). It was quite refreshing! I expect to sleep well tonight; but with the temperatures expected to climb in the 70s by mid-morning tomorrow, I’ll take precaution against over-heating.
