
I ran intervals on the treadmill at The Village today. It was one of my best interval runs. I ran 10 intervals at 1:30 level 5 followed by 2:00 level 2. It wasn’t easy, but I felt good throughout the run. With warm up and cool down, I ran 7.75 mile in an hour.
I still don’t know how to have better running dynamics. I would really like to decrease my vertical oscillation (so that I go farther and not higher) and therefore increase my stride length. The other dynamics look pretty okay!
