For the first time, I saw a green turtle in the lake near my house. I was walking Missy and there he was, sunning himself leisurely on the banks of the lake. He slithered in as soon as he saw Missy.
Rishabh has a turtle named Crash in India (pictured here). He lives in a small pond at his house. He’s lonely but apparently has a Koi Goldfish to keep him company. If I were a turtle, I’d probably want a frog as a playing companion. Or maybe a platypus.
I ran intervals today on the treadmill at The Village. I went pretty hard and ran 7.8 miles in an hour. Since this is the first of taper weeks, my training will begin to subside. I will have more time for…not sure what actually!
