Gluttony at its finest

My abs instructor at The Village is in crazy good shape. Her name is Julie and she makes us really work our core in the short 30-minute training session. Today was no different. It was abs and quads that got the treatment today with squats, crunches, leg-lifts, lunges and a host of other repeats. I’m very certain I will feel it for the next couple of days.

Right after the abs workout, we went out to Rusconi’s with Don and Debbie. Unfortunately, I gorged on food starting with a spicy avocado-cucumber soup followed by a hamburger and truffle fries followed by a salted caramel budino dessert. It was gluttony at its finest. Ugh!
