The weather forecast in Phoenix calls for heat, heat and more heat. Temperatures are expected to rise to the 115 mark this weekend. I’m sure there will be heat advisories all over central and southern Arizona. Fortunately, we will be in Washington, DC hanging out with Naman. Perfect timing!
I ran an easy 6 miles on the treadmill at The Village this evening. It was pretty routine with an average of around 8:15 per mile.
