Hilly run in Silverleaf

On this gorgeous Saturday, I ran 4.09 miles in 34 minutes crisscrossing in the Silverleaf neighborhood. It was perfectly pleasant and the terrain was pretty hilly. I let my heartrate flirt up a bit during the uphills. Overall though, I felt pretty good.

All my soreness from the New York Marathon is gone. My lungs have a small amount of congestion but otherwise, I have zero aches and pains.

The evenings in Arizona are lovely these days. The mountains turn purple as the sun sets every evening. It gets dark pretty early these days but on weekends Missy and I walk by the lake with the sun setting behind us.
