Easy run to kick off London Marathon training

I’m still not back to 100% after my brief bout with cough. My London Marathon training has now officially commenced. The first few weeks of training will be easy. Today, I ran for 4.5 miles at a reasonable pace of 8:09 per mile. My heartrate was flirting near the 150 mark today possibly because of some lingering phlegm in my lungs. It didn’t feel like a struggle but it didn’t feel smooth either.

Naman comes in to visit for a few days tomorrow!
